Realization Process in Nature Workshops
“The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.”
— John Muir
Ancient Cathedral Forests of Awe and Wonder
Old growth “cathedral” forests in the Pacific Northwest are ancient, tall, complex, unspoiled, quiet and beautiful. They have the power to take your breath away, to evoke wonder and gratitude, and to deepen your connection to life and mystery.
Living Laboratory for Realization
In this workshop we will open into the space pervading us and the rich environment of old growth forests near Portland, Oregon. The ancient forest invites us to absorb nature’s peace, to receive vitality from a rushing river, to feel the resonant power of a waterfall and to attune to presence and emptiness with giant trees. Meandering through the forest, we will explore and experience the core teachings of Realization Process:
- Experience the luminous transparency of fundamental consciousness pervading our body and environment as a whole
- Open into intimate connection and communication with the stillness and vitality of nature
- Explore direct perception within this rich natural environment
- Experience the radiance of presence and the receptivity of emptiness
- Attune to the essential qualities of awareness, emotion and physical sensation
- Attune to the human qualities of gender, power, love, voice and understanding within the resonance of nature
- Experience ourselves as stillness moving
- Attune to joy, peace, love, bliss, wholeness, balance and well-being
- Uncover the innate curiosity of consciousness knowing itself in stillness and manifestation
